LSOH Cable (Low Smoke Zero Halogen Cable) Content:
XLPE insulated Low Smoke Zero Halogen flame retardant cable has excellent flame retardant performance, during combustion only emit a small amount of smog, and smog does not have hydrogen halide and other corrosive and toxic gases, which decreases instruments and equipment corrosion and damage on the human body in the fire, but also conducive to the fire rescue work and personnel evacuation. At present, in the subway, offshore oil platform, nuclear power plants, ships and high-rise buildings and other places, all need to use non-halogen low-smoke flame retardant power cable.

According to the combustion mechanism and the performance of the cable, the non-halogen low-smoke flame retardant material is chosen according to the different parts of the cable. The structure arrangement and process flow of cable are as follows:

Conductor twisted system – internal shielding, insulation, external shielded extrusion – metal shielding – wrapping tape – inside liner – armored – outer sheath.

Among them, the wrapping tape is non-halogen low-smoke flame retardant tape. The liner layer is made of non-halogen low-smoke flame retardant filler, which can not only play the role of liner, but also can effectively separate the combustible material (XLPE) with the outside world, during burning can release water vapor, so have good flame retardant effect. Armored layer is formed by one layer of stainless steel band overlap wrapping, forming sealed thin metal layer, so in the combustion, cable outer sheath suffered heat can quickly disperse and reduce the possibility of fire breaking out. Outer sheath adopts non-halogen low smoke flame retardant polyolefin sheath material.
